Seit 1997 arbeite ich als Colorist und habe meine Karriere bei das Werk München unter der Leitung von Bertl Grabmyer und Thomas Hanser begonnen. Dort erwarb ich umfassendes Wissen über Telecine, Farbkorrektur, Postproduktionstechniken und Film. Schnell konnte ich mir als Colorist einen guten Ruf in den Bereichen Musikvideos, Werbespots und Langformate erarbeiten.

Im Juli 2001 wechselte ich zu das Werk Novalisstraße in Berlin, wo ich die Telecineabteilung aufbaute und Nachwuchstalente ausbildete.

2004 zog es mich nach Hamburg zu das Werk, wo ich zwei Jahre lang arbeitete und das Baselight-System kennenlernte. Im Jahr 2006 entschied ich mich, als Freiberufler tätig zu werden.

Mir sind sowohl der technische als auch der kreative Aspekt meiner Arbeit gleichermaßen wichtig. Deshalb bilde ich mich kontinuierlich weiter und halte mich über neue Farbräume und Software-Programme auf dem Laufenden.

Since 1997, I have been working as a colorist, starting my career at das Werk Munich under the leadership of Bertl Grabmyer and

Thomas Hanser. There, I gained comprehensive knowledge of telecine, color correction, post-production techniques, and film. Quickly,

I established a strong reputation as a colorist in the fields of music videos, commercials, and feature films.

In July 2001, I transitioned to das Werk Novalisstraße in Berlin, where I established the telecine department and trained new talent.

In 2004, I moved to Hamburg to work at das Werk, where I spent two years and became familiar with the Baselight system. In 2006, I decided to become a freelancer.

Both the technical and creative aspects of my work are equally important to me. Therefore, I continuously educate myself and stay updated on new color spaces and software programs.
